Your corporate party group will compete in small teams   in 11 varied mini-games. It’s best to arrive at our arena about 10 minutes before your scheduled game start time—that way, you’ll have plenty of time to hang up your jackets, store your valuables in your locker, and register with us.

Please pay attention to this at your team event

  • Book early: After all, we want you to find space for your party.
  • You are welcome to bring your own drinks “for later”, but not to consume them during the visit.
  • Prices are for one game round – please allow approx. 2 to a maximum of 3 hours playing time.
  • Space for up to 99 people available – for larger groups we have to find individual solutions together.
  • There is no classic “party corner” to linger in – please note the following suggestions!

It’s best to arrive at our location about 10 to 20 minutes before your scheduled game start time – this will give you enough time to hang up your jackets, store your valuables in the locker, and register with us.

Please divide yourselves into teams of maximum 3 people in advance in our app (you will receive the link with your reservation confirmation). This division has proven to be a good idea, as each of you will have as much playing time and as little waiting time as possible.

You will receive a short briefing at the bar. We are also happy to take your drink requests and provide you with soft drinks or alcoholic beverages. Please do not consume your own drinks with us.

Now prove your skills in 11 exciting mini-game duels – the boss naturally leads the way. If you want to make it more difficult for him/her, then introduce special rules, such as “the boss may only play standing on one leg”. If he loses, it’s clear who’s playing the next round, right?

After the 11 mini-games, our app determines which of your teams is ahead and deserves a thunderous round of applause.

After the game, you can download your own winner’s certificate, simply fill it out yourself, print it out, and thus immortalize your success forever. A wonderful memory of your team event!

Our winner’s trophies are particularly popular—especially for team events. You can add a trophy individually for €15, for example, to give the winning team a lasting memento of this cool team-building activity.

Unfortunately, our arena has one drawback: we only have a small seating area in the entrance area. However, this is available to all guests and cannot be reserved. If you want to make yourself comfortable before or after the game as a party, we have the following tips for you:

  • You will find various clubs, bars and restaurants just a few meters away. For example, a burger at Chillers at the main station is popular.
  • Almost opposite us are the Reisinger facilities with a large lawn for sunbathing and playing. Ideal for a picnic or outdoor games.
  • You can be in Mainz in 15 minutes by train and in Frankfurt in 40 minutes – so all the nightlife of the Rhine-Main region is within reach!

Convenient & easy to reach

In the immediate vicinity of Wiesbaden main station – easy to reach from anywhere in the Rhine-Main region.

Two parking garages and numerous parking spaces nearby

You can park your car at a reasonable price just a few meters from our location. In the RMCC parking garage or in the parking garage of the Lili shopping mall at the main station. There is also a coach parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

Ideal starting point for further activities

Whether it’s the RheinMain CongressCenter, trendy bars, delicious restaurants or groovy clubs to party in, everything is within walking distance or just a few bus stops away.

When is the earliest you can start the event?

You can start from the opening. On weekends, public vacations and during vacation time we open at 10 am. Otherwise at 2 pm in Wiesbaden. Here you can find the opening hours in detail:

It is also possible to start outside opening hours on request. You should be at least 10 people for this.

When should you be there?

In any case on time – especially when we are fully booked, we can no longer guarantee that you will still be able to start if you are significantly late, in the interest of the following players. Therefore, please allow sufficient time to find a parking space etc. and observe our: tips for a comfortable journey.

If you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to hang up your jackets and put your valuables in the lockable lockers, everything is perfect.

What time can you start the event at the latest?

Out of consideration for our neighbors and the surrounding residents, we would like to strictly adhere to our opening hours. Therefore, please reserve your event so that you start at least 2.5 hours before closing time.

How long can you stay to celebrate?

Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before the agreed start time – this will give you enough time to hang up your jackets and stow your valuables in your locker and register with us.

Our prices are based on playing one round, which includes 11 mini-games. Experience has shown that event groups need around 120 minutes to complete a round of games. To ensure that other players who have made a reservation have enough space to play, we ask you to leave the game arena area after completing the game round.

Winning team celebrations, handing out certificates etc. also take about 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, our premises do not offer enough space for a seating area to linger, eat cake or similar. However, there are various places to eat in the immediate vicinity, such as the Chillers burger restaurant.

You can therefore expect to spend between 2 and 3 hours in total.

Can you bring your own cake and drinks?

Unfortunately, our location in Wiesbaden is a bit “cozy”. Therefore, we cannot offer you a place to linger and eat cake. In the interest of all players, we would like to avoid contamination from cake crumbs on the floor in the arenas. We offer drinks at fair prices – optionally even as a flat rate. Therefore, please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks. In the summer months, you can eat cake at a picnic on the nearby meadows of the Reisinger Anlagen, for example.

What should be the minimum age of children among the guests?

It is possible to book children’s birthday parties from the age of 6. We are fathers of children ourselves and as such we recommend a minimum age of 8 years, as some of the mini-games are quite challenging.

How old should you be at most?

So for your 100th birthday, you can definitely play for free with us and get another freebie! BashParty Minigames is definitely an opportunity to show your grandchildren that you’re still a long way from being old! We regularly have visitors who have significantly more years under their belt than an hour has minutes.

Can we save money by deselecting individual package components?

You money saver! We have already calculated the various components of the birthday packages with a sharp pencil. Therefore, please understand that we cannot grant any further discounts if you do not wish to use individual components of the packages.
