We are delighted that you want to celebrate your child’s birthday with us in Wiesbaden. Nobody wants long children’s faces on this special day! As we are often partially or even fully booked, we recommend that you book early.

Team spirit is required

Your birthday group will compete in small teams in 11 varied mini-games. At least one adult is required to accompany every 8 children. It’s best to arrive at our arena approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled game start time—this will allow plenty of time for you to hang up your coats, store valuables and gifts in your locker, and check in with us.

We will welcome you on site, give you a short briefing and offer you cool drinks so that you can start your Birthday BashParty mini-game session full of energy. Our app will guide you through the 11 mini-game duels, explain the rules of the game and count your score.

  • Book early: After all, we want you to find space for your party.
  • Recommended for children aged 8 and over: Our game duels may otherwise be too challenging.
  • Adults required as accompaniment: Please bring one adult for every 8 children.
  • Prices are for one game round – please allow approx. 2 to a maximum of 2.5 hours playing time.
  • There is no classic “party corner” to linger in – please note the following suggestions!

After the 11 mini-games, our app determines which of your teams is ahead and deserves a thunderous round of applause.

Our winner’s trophies are particularly popular – especially for children’s birthdays. The XL package includes one trophy per child. Alternatively, you can add a trophy individually for €15, for example, to give the birthday child a lasting memento of this cool celebration.

Unfortunately, our arena has one drawback: we only have a small seating area in the entrance area. However, this is available to all guests and cannot be reserved. If you want to make yourself comfortable before or after the game as a party, we have the following tips for you:

  • There are various bars and restaurants just a few meters away. For example, a burger at Chillers at the main station is popular.
  • Almost opposite us are the Reisinger facilities with a large lawn for sunbathing and playing. Ideal for a picnic or outdoor games.

When is the earliest you can start the children's birthday party?

In order to have “some breathing space” between the individual children’s birthday parties, children’s birthday groups can always start on the hour and half hour. You can start from the opening. On weekends, public vacations and during vacation time we open at 10 am. Otherwise at 2 pm in Wiesbaden. You can check the opening times in detail here:

It is also possible to start outside opening hours on request. You should be at least 10 people for this.

What time can you start the children's birthday party at the latest?

In the evening hours, there are more adults who like to “have a beer” while playing. We think that alcohol and children’s birthday party guests do not go well together. Therefore, please reserve your children’s birthday party so that you start at 4 p.m. at the latest. It is always possible to start on the hour and half hour.

How long can you stay to celebrate?

Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before the agreed start time – this will give you enough time to hang up your jackets, stow your valuables and presents in your locker and register with us.

Our prizes are based on playing one round, which includes 11 mini-games. Experience has shown that children need around 120 minutes to complete a round of games. To ensure that other players who have made a reservation also have enough space to play, we ask you to leave the game arena area after completing the game round.

Winning team celebrations, handing out certificates etc. also take about 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, our premises do not offer enough space for a seating area to linger, eat cake or similar. However, there are various places to eat in the immediate vicinity, such as the Chillers burger restaurant.

You can therefore expect to spend between 2 and 2.5 hours in total.

Can you bring your own cake and drinks?

Unfortunately, our location in Wiesbaden is a bit “cozy”. Therefore, we cannot offer you a seating area to linger and eat cake. In the interest of all players, we would like to avoid contamination by cake crumbs on the floor in the arenas. We offer drinks at fair prices. Therefore, please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks. In the summer months, you can eat cake at a picnic on the nearby meadows of the Reisinger Anlagen, for example.

Why do adult companions also have to pay admission?

For every 8 children we ask you to come with at least one adult to ensure that the children are supervised during the game. We only charge a reduced admission price for each accompanying adult. However, this applies regardless of whether you say you are only coming to watch or whether you are playing yourself. We do not want to check whether everyone sticks to their word not to play and trust you instead.

How old should the children be at least?

It is possible to book children’s birthday parties from the age of 6. We are fathers of children ourselves and as such we recommend a minimum age of 8 years, as some of the mini-games are quite challenging.

Does the offer also apply to children over the age of 14?

Yes, our children’s birthday offer is valid for children and young people up to and including the age of 17. We offer separate birthday packages for adults.

Can we save money by deselecting individual package components?

Savings foxes! We have already calculated the various components of the children’s birthday packages with a sharp pencil. Therefore, please understand that we cannot grant any further discounts if you do not wish to use individual components of the packages.
